During my Ph.D, I studied the impact of climate change measured by long-term changes in climatic variables and extreme climate-related disasters, on several economic outcomes: migration, international trade and vector-borne diseases in different developing countries.
My work is mainly empirical. I have skills in data management, statistics, and econometrics. I am proficient with R and Stata.
Recently, I have participated on projects for the private sector and for International Organizations on environmental and welfare issues.
I like to learn and apply everything that concern data-based information: from identifying the needed data from different sources, to its management, analysis, and final reporting, in order to create meaningful (and beautiful) information visualizations.
